This place is horrible, and the people running it are no better. Not only has our AC been out for over a month, but the heating element in our hot water heater is almost completely out so we can't even take a warm bath. The oven doesn't work properly either and the apartment itself is run-down and trashy. To make matters worse, when we moved in it was filthy, like the landlord hadn't done anything to clean it beforehand. On top of all this they're charging higher rent than other places that are much nicer - but since those ones were full we had to settle for this one since staying in a motel for months would be even more expensive. I recently ran into their "maintenance man" who told me that the owner had been emptying out their banking accounts so they were unable to do repairs - so now their previous manager quit and a new lady has taken over. She tried to barge into our place but I had deadbolts locked (since I was naked at the time). When I finally opened the door she said there was no lease on file for us - which isn't true since there's one in my brother-in-law's name - then said I'm an unauthorized tenant and have no right to be here regardless of previous management knowing I'd been living here months prior without incide This place is horrible, and the people running it are no better.
