I've been living here for nearly a year, and it's been nothing but a hassle. Landlords are merciless when it comes to late rent payments; they tack on extra fees. The lighting in the parking lot is poor--in fact, there is no lighting at all. It's not safe--there are always drug deals going on around the building, yet management insists there's nothing they can do about it. People who I talk to say that their suites are infested with mice, and still management does nothing! When you walk through the building all you smell is weed and stale smoke! Whenever I complain to EY, they tell me to put my complaint in writing--but why should I waste my time if all they do is disregard my complaint? This could explain why there's such high turnover in this building!
