I've been living here for nearly a year, and it's been nothing but a hassle. Landlords are merciless when it comes to late rent payments; they tack on extra fees. The lighting in the parking lot is poor--in fact, there is no lighting at all. It's not safe--there are always drug deals going on around the building, yet management insists there's nothing they can do about it. People who I talk to say that their suites are infested with mice, and still management does nothing! When you walk through the building all you smell is weed and stale smoke! Whenever I complain to EY, they tell me to put my complaint in writing--but why should I waste my time if all they do is disregard my complaint? This could explain why there's such high turnover in this building!

When I moved from Japan to Canada to attend the University of Victoria Verve was my home The application process ran smoothly and it was a huge relief to have a place after such a long journey My unit was incredibly modern with all its kitchen appliances dryer heater and overall look it was even wellinsulated so I never felt cold during one of Victorias hars 2023-01-22T23:30:03Z
When I moved from Japan to Canada to attend the University of Victoria Verve was my home The application process ran smoothly and it was a huge relief to have a place after such a long journey My unit was incredibly modern with all its kitchen appliances dryer heater and overall look it was even wellinsulated so I never felt cold during one of Victorias harsher winters It had great security tooeach tenant had to use an access fob for the first floor entrance and elevator During my yearlong stay there I encountered many building managers but Luna has been by far the best manager she always kept in touch via email or phone whenever needed and dealt with any issues quickly Everyone should meet her as she does an amazing job at maintaining the building Sadly due to difficulties finding a trustworthy roommate I wasnt able to stay longer but Verve is highly recommended if youre living there I hope you find it as welcoming as did more ... hide ...
