My partner and I had an unpleasant experience with the Link Apartments on 11189 Ellslie Road last year. After we moved out, the building attendant, Kate, gave us a list of move-out cleaning duties. Our unit was immaculate; there were no pets living in it. They insisted that we steam clean one room and hire a professional to do it or they would deduct $150 from our deposit. We had a steam cleaner, but they charged us anyway and said they would get someone to clean it for us. A friend who moved in afterwards informed us that the carpet hadn't been steamed cleaned at all! The management team appears to be looking for ways to take your money. Be cautious when renting here; their customer service is terrible and if you have any issues with the unit, they will take forever to resolve them. The hallway and elevators are only cleaned sporadically - don't set yourself up for disappointment!

The new manager Catherine has made a world of difference compared to the last one. She is so kind and caring, doing her utmost to make sure everyone feels secure and content in their dwellings. From window washing to kitchen repairs, even toilet replacements - all of which hadn't been done before - she is doing an outstanding job! We are all truly thankful for her hard work!
