This building has had a mice infestation for over two decades, with my mother's four year stay being no exception—in fact, she continually sees them entering and exiting the building as well as outside residents' doors and the parkade. Although pest control comes, the problem remains unresolved. What's more is that this is largely a seniors residence, many of whom have mobility issues; the elevators have required repairs for an entire half-year now, leaving tenants to wait inordinately long until one is free. When there are move-ins or -outs, there is only one elevator to share between movers and tenants alike—not to mention what could occur should emergency services be necessary. Edison Properties needs to prioritize their tenants' needs and fix this issue once and for all! Disgusting.
