I would give Tupelo Estates and WRE Development a zero. Stella, the manager, is a liar and unprofessional. The apartments are cheaply furnished with paint that chips easily if you touch or clean it. Avoid renting from here as she will call and yell at you; nobody comes to fix the problems in the suites. Although the outside looks nice, do yourself a favor and find somewhere else - don't put up with these conditions! Also, Stella will tell you the A/C costs money when it doesn't - USE IT AS MUCH AS NECESSARY! Stay away from Tupelo Estates and WRE Development - SAVE YOURSELF!
