I have been living at 50 Edgewood Estates for about a month now, and it's no exaggeration to say that I'm in luxury units. From my unit, I get a stunning view which family and friends have dubbed a "million dollar view". All the rooms have great views throughout the day due to the large windows that let in natural light. The layout of my unit is spacious, and the kitchen is designed so well that I never feel cramped. Additionally, there's concrete between each floor so noise from neighbors isn't an issue – it's like living in complete peace! The lobby and hallways are always clean and tidy, as is the garbage area. My experience with rental office staff has been nothing but positive; they've gone above-and-beyond to accommodate me and my partner whenever needed. Furthermore, all of my fellow tenants are kind and neighborly; there's also plenty of diversity here too! Lastly, safety isn't an issue since security keeps watch over the entrance on camera 24/7 – perfect for me as someone with a family. In short: if you're considering moving into this building then I would highly recommend it based on my personal experience here!
