2023-03-03T15:00:03ZAvenue Living has been in control of Urban Life for several months, and I am very dissatisfied with their management. Garbage is scattered everywhere, the staff are unhelpful, and the maintenance of the lawns and gravel is extremely bad. Additionally, there is a homeless problem. The main office doesn't provide assistance when it comes to inquiring about moving in or out of the property; their hours are never listed meaning you have to take a chance every time you go there. They even raised rent on all properties (except those already residing). Urban Life wasn't great but Avenue Living's standards are abysmal.
