This location is ideal, situated near grocery stores, hospitals, shopping malls, gas stations, Yorkdale mall and a subway station; it's also only minutes away from highway 401. There are many great restaurants in the area and the building is pet friendly with certain guidelines in place. The neighbourhood here is quite pleasant - a mixture of families, singles and couples of all ages who are generally very friendly. Security is good and attentive while the property management team are helpful with any queries or concerns. There's limited guest parking on the third floor but it's still an adequate amount. Having lived in the building for 6 months now I'm really pleased with my decision; there's an onsite gym which isn't like GoodLife or Wynn fitness but has all the necessary machines and weights to get by plus a theatre room, party room & BBQ terrace which can be rented out. I have a south-facing balcony that gets lots of daylight which is great! The building backs onto a highway but there isn't much noise at night-time. It's around 10 years old so there are some minor wear & tear issues which get fixed quickly by property management who are really accommodating to work with!
