Staying at this building was an awful experience After living there for six months we vacated our suite There were mice inside and we could hear them scratching in the walls Additionally there were questionable activities taking place in the stairwells Our downstairs neighbors would harass us on a weekly basis without any provocation We reported the situation to management but it continued happening anyway and police had to come to the building frequently as well Im uncertain how it is under new ownership but I cannot suggest anyone live here more ... hide ...

I was required to give a star to submit this but they are not deserving Devon Properties doesnt care about its tenants We reside in an area with two more buildings and sadly in one of them there is a ferocious dog that gets away from its owner often Our service canine is endangered when leaving the building since its pursued and assailed by the other We have 2023-03-05T15:30:03Z
I was required to give a star to submit this but they are not deserving Devon Properties doesnt care about its tenants We reside in an area with two more buildings and sadly in one of them there is a ferocious dog that gets away from its owner often Our service canine is endangered when leaving the building since its pursued and assailed by the other We have reported this multiple times but Devon has taken zero action towards resolving the issue so Ive now contacted animal control for assistance It would be nice if Devon showed concern for their renters instead of just profiting from us If one of us gets bitten by the aggressive dog despite our efforts to alert them of the danger it will be interesting to see how they respond then If you wish for peace of mind do NOT move into Devon Properties however if you want perpetual frustration heres your destination more ... hide ...
