I lived in the building for four years, but then the owner decided to sell. Buyers should be warned that it is not managed very well; often the elevators don't work for weeks, making it quite dangerous. In addition, amenities can be out of service due to lengthy repairs and the fountains are filled with sludge, slime and trash. The intercom at the entrance was broken for an entire year which caused parcels to pile up in the mailroom, where they were sometimes stolen. The suite itself was okay but management was far from satisfactory - I can honestly say I don't miss living there at all!
