Cons: During showings in August, the building was cold due to the air conditioning being on. We decided to move in because of this, but when a heatwave hit we found that no air was coming out of the vents even though they were open. After contacting management they said it was because they were return vents pulling air from outside and did not offer an explanation as to why no air was still coming out with it being cold and rainy outside. They had also initially given notice for one day installation for screens on windows and doors, but this ended up taking four days instead which caused many people to have to adjust their work schedules. Additionally not all units received screens on their doors due to management finding it too expensive to replace non-sliding ones. This means there are often wasps entering my unit without a way for them getting out, which is concerning with young children living there who may get stung. There has been an ongoing issue with lack of hot water where you must call the building manager and wait 30-40 minutes after resetting the boiler before seeing if it worked successfully; this has been happening over the past month with no solution yet in sight.
