I resided on Heritage Drive for 8 years and it was an excellent experience. I always felt secure, which enabled me to remain low-key. Whenever I encountered my neighbours, they were affable and amiable. The only issue I experienced was the three separate ceiling leaks caused by my upstairs neighbour's negligence; one of them soaked my mattress, causing me to sleep on the floor in my living room for a week until the bedroom's ceiling was restored. Unfortunately, although reported to insurance, no compensation was received for this disruption. Nevertheless, there were frequent repairs conducted on water and piping issues that kept the building in good condition. All in all, I could not have asked for a better place than Heritage Drive during this time period; thank you very much for your aid and assistance throughout this period of residence here!

If you're considering living in Niagara Falls, don't be fooled by the nice lobby - this place is an overpriced dump. Trains, helicopters, semi trucks and construction can make it a nightmare for those who are light sleepers. The building shakes nearly every night due to screeching trains and noisy trucks back up all day long. After living here for a year and a half I've noticed bigger issues than just the terrible location - no hot water at random peak hours, drafty windows, dogs barking endlessly, expensive laundry machines with dryers that don't fully dry normal loads; even the coinomatic machine for loading your laundry card doesn't work properly! On top of that you have to pay 40$ a month for an uncovered parking space - justified by saying it's to prevent people from having two spaces per car. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere if you're looking for somewhere to live in Niagara Falls.
