Living here has been a nightmare for the past two years and I cannot wait to move out! Renovations occur often with little notice for water or heat shutoff. The hallways smell atrocious due to food odors that get trapped in the air; it's embarrassing when visitors come. On top of this, rent is overpriced for the living quality and area. Disruptions occur frequently; renovations often take place late into the night, and fire alarms sound off constantly. The only positive thing is that management always answers my calls/emails, though they don't always find a solution. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else more suitable—this building isn't worth it!
