I recently lived in one of the Aberdeen units in this complex for a year and I'm now moving out. The unit was nice when I moved in due to it being newly built, however, the construction wasn't of great quality. For example, there were carpet issues, paint marks on walls and adhesive on cabinets. The monthly rent was $1050 but with water, sewage, electricity and garbage fees included our monthly cost would have been about $1200 (excluding internet). We found a rental house with double the square footage for the same amount so I would recommend shopping around. Garbage service was $28 per month which could be inconvenient as we missed pick-ups once or twice. Staff were friendly though Christian especially who seemed to know everyone's name - he deserves a raise! When you move out they charge at least $230 to clean your unit (not stated in lease agreement) regardless of its condition - more expensive for bigger units. There is security that drives through occasionally but they don't do much if someone is smoking weed (despite complaints). Pool/hot tub are usually busy during summer but weight room is nice; parking can become difficult after 5 pm/2 pm weekdays/weekends respectively although we managed by switching cars around. Generally decent tenants here but not great experience due to higher costs; annoying garbage service; marijuana smell and unclear move out charges - 3 stars rating from me!
