The layout of the suites is peculiar with long, slim corridors at odd angles making it hard to move furniture. However, the living area and bedrooms are satisfactory in size and neatness. Furthermore, apartments face each other directly as opposed to being staggered. In addition, a tiled backsplash in kitchens is present as per code requirements - which is a plus - and kitchens are galley style. Plus point: gated parking lot for residents' vehicles.
