Living in this property for six years has been a major letdown Maintenance workers are generally on time and do a good job but management will not approve repairs or appliance replacements It took me eight months of complaining to get my bathroom sink replaced after it had completely rusted out The grounds are kept up and the buildings are painted on the outside regularly to help rent apartments but that doesnt make living here any better The air conditioning systems are loud and outdated while there is zero security presence homeless people often wander onto the property in search of refuge The Management Team is rude and condescending with accounting errors done in their favor I was overcharged for rent and when I questioned it I was told I would have to wait until moveout day for a reimbursement There are roaches gnats and bedbugs presentlike most apartments its up to each tenant to manage an infestationwhile one bedroom apartments measure 500 SQ FT which is quite small Despite this place being comparatively worse than other places around PhoenixGlendale area it still gets two stars from me more ... hide ...
