Ive been living here for two years and all shared amenities other than one pool were closed for renovation during that time but we were still charged for them Additionally I had a lot of trouble with the thirdparty delivery service and the trash valet service didnt even take what I put out Breakins occur often but the complex wont install cameras despite charging us for amenities theyre renovating Plus my unit is newly remodeled yet a handle fell off within my first week here a cabinet door came off toilet paper holder fell out of wall cant use bathtub because it floods unit below which theyve known about for years water heater flooded AC guys hocked lougies in my air vent dumped nasty water throughout apartment then didnt clean up so now its leaking so much that filling up mixing bowl Kitchen sink backed up and work order submitted almost a week ago with no response from office They even accused me of having an unreported pet when I emailed them her info before taking her in over a year ago On top of all this rent was raised 300 last year just received renewal offer to raise another 100 Do yourself a favor don't come here more ... hide ...
