    My experience with Boardwalk's residential services has been the absolute worst! Throughout my 6 months of lease, they came into my house unannounced once and twice as scheduled; completely disregarding any sense of privacy. Furthermore, packages I was sent (Amazon/groceries/etc.) were taken both in and out of the building; all management could say is "I can only sympathize with you. Make sure you get your packages in hand." As if that weren't enough, I got stuck in the elevator for 25 minutes without anyone helping me for an entire hour afterwards.
