After residing in this area for five years, I have nothing of substantial complaint. There are no amenities available on the premises, so you'd have to drive to Sugar Hill for a pool, gym, or game room; I've never been there. The management is wonderful and they always respond quickly. For example, one Labor Day I had a power outage and they arrived within thirty minutes to fix the switch in the building. Another issue was when I was locked out of my unit; again they were quick and effective. In comparison with Troy Gardens (which has similar rent), this building (both exterior and interior) looks newer and is kept up nicely. Unfortunately my neighbor upstairs was rather messy which caused water leakage into my bedroom after heavy rains because they left their window open without supervision. They can get noisy late at night as well - around 2-3 am - which can be heard clearly due to not-so-great sound insulation but that's expected living in an apartment complex so it's best to be considerate of your neighbors by not making too much noise yourself..
