The Villages/Reserve at Ellis Crossings is a great place to live, with wonderful amenities that are always tidy. Especially noteworthy are the big pool area and pet spa; the staff, especially Rownies, being particularly attentive. The apartment itself is nice - featuring hardwood/carpet floors, granite tops, soft-closing cabinets and an open floor plan - though one might hear their neighbors from time to time due to proximity. Maintenance responds quickly and requests are usually completed in the same or next day. From management it would be nice to see background checks on potential residents for safety's sake; furthermore, enforcement of picking up after pets would be beneficial as well as keeping the community clean overall.
