I recently moved into a secure building with friendly on-site staff, a clean lobby, and maintenance that responds to requests quickly. The location is great; there is a grocery store and Shoppers Drug Mart nearby, and Metrotown Mall is only 10 minutes away. It also has Skytrain access, good parking and storage options, and it's pet friendly. The apartment was spotless when I arrived; all appliances were in working condition. Plus, I have an amazing view of the city at night from my window! It's such a pleasant area to live in.

I have been living here for more than seven years and have occupied two different apartments. The scenery is superb, and the staff has been reasonable, friendly, punctual, and responsive whenever I had issues or problems. They are quick to take action in crisis situations like a broken toilet. The environment is lovely with many parks nearby as well as amenities that keep me content. It's a short distance away from Save-On, eateries, hairdressers and nail salons; plus it's only a fifteen-minute walk to Metrotown. The spaces are spacious enough even for one bedroom units; the two bedroom place I moved into just over a year ago was recently renovated with fresh furniture.

This building is great! It's situated in a great area, with lots of amenities and safety. The elevators, pool, and laundry room don't seem to have any major issues. It's also kept up very well; the lobby is always tidy. The staff are really friendly and super helpful (especially Dragica). My apartment has an amazing view of the city! Of course, like most large multistorey buildings, there are some minor problems here and there—but all in all it's a secure place where mostly families and working people live.
