My husband and I have resided in The Waterford Apts for two years and are very satisfied with our living situation. Cathy, the resident manager, is always accessible to answer our questions/ address any issues. The building itself is kept clean--no rodents or pests--with fresh flowers/ plants decorating the lobby. Two elevators are present and it's continually being upgraded with triple glazed windows/ blinds in all rooms. Additionally, we have access to Flynn Flats' amenities such as a gym, rooftop terrace, and beautiful common room. It's difficult to find anything negative about The Waterford apartments; however, rent prices are increasing like most places in the city yet it remains one of the more affordable locations downtown with larger square footage than other buildings.
