For the past two years, I have found this place to be an exceptional place to live. The apartments are fully carpeted, and they offer amenities such as an outdoor pool, a fitness room with modern equipment, laundry facilities in every building and round-the-clock access to a machine where you can reload your laundry card. In addition, there is a room with furniture and kitchen area which can be rented for a small fee; this fee is returned upon completion of your event and satisfactory clean up. Furthermore, there is a Community Garden open to all residents at no extra cost plus storage units in various sizes on sight. The staff makes sure that people get what they want - whether it's living in either smoking or pet-friendly buildings. There are also color coded dumpsters for trash and recyclables near each building; these doors lock automatically for everyone's safety. We pay $1,095 per month for our first floor two bedroom apartment plus $48.60 for our 5'x10' storage shed which isn't bad considering the amenities provided! But keep in mind that Sugar Hill at the Glen is more expensive even though it's owned by the same people who own Sugar Hill Apartments.
