I want to begin this review by noting the one good part: the maintenance staff, many of whom are great and try their hardest. I've never had any problems. Now, onto the bad part...over the years amenities have been taken away from tenants. We did gain a new property manager named Darcy who was like a breath of fresh air and tried to improve things, but he has since left and what we are left with is not great. Recently I asked about the car wash station that had its pipe cut and removed; their response was "It was a nice feature, oh well." Not exactly what you would expect from someone taking your money each month! The underground parking lots are so dirty too – being able to clean my car was awesome but now that's gone too. Additionally, we have lost our pool & sauna (the excuse being that the concrete was too damaged) as well as our on-site security which only lasted 3 months before they got rid of it completely. All these features were why many of us initially moved in here! We could have paid less elsewhere without them yet despite removing all these amenities they still raised rent costs beyond provincial guidelines & even went to tenant board for approvals!
