    This is an ideal place for families, although not many kids live here. In my year of living here, I've been amazed by the other tenants' friendly attitudes. The area offers a peaceful atmosphere and trails through Garry Oaks, plus a small park next to the parking lot. It's easy to meet other dog owners when out walking on the paths. The apartments have neat decor and Capreit has been quick to take care of any minor issues that have come up. Special mentions go to Scott from Capriet who has been very helpful and the maintenance guy who is friendly, hardworking, and informative. If there was one thing I'd change it would be for tenants to better follow recycling/garbage rules.
