So far Id highly recommend this place The staff has been amazing and the rent is exactly what they stated with no surprises When I moved in they gave me several options since I needed a garage and took their time to help me out They also have community events like movie nights at the pool or food trucks every so often which is nice Parking has been great with a large lot on the south end for when I don't use my garage and trash is consistently picked up so it doesnt accumulate like other places The appliances are uptodate and theres ceiling fans which is a rare find in apartments nowadays Amenities are really nice but havent gotten to use them yet plus the modemrouter was already setup so that was super easy to set up in my wall ports To top it off theres even a builtin desk larger than anticipated in my unit as well as energy bills that havent gone over 100 will update if they do Theres also lights everywhere from under cabinets to closets too However walls seem thin so you can hear neighbors if theyre loud or doors slam cant hear talkingmusic though Ground floor AC units next to patio click onoff occasionally which isn't too bad but the dog park could be improved mostly dirt that doesnt drain water well package center needs labeled shelving though you can pay for an optional system if desired cabinets are somewhat cheap but more ... hide ...
