We relocated to this place in December 2015 and, overall, it has been a positive experience. Maintenance requests are usually answered in a timely manner; though there were some delays during the pandemic which is understandable. The building is clean and the laundry area is convenient. The apartments are quite spacious; furthermore, the staff here is very helpful and accommodating. Moreover, its central location makes it close to all amenities while the trails and parks nearby offer great opportunities for walking or cycling. We truly enjoy our stay here.

Having been living in this building for the past three years, I would rate it a 3/5. Negative aspects of the building include bedbugs on several floors with management not being honest or adequately treating adjacent units, Above Guideline Rent Increases (AGI) which have been the most across Ontario recently and construction that never stops with no consideration given to waste and parking blocks away. Additionally, laundry costs increased from $3.75 to $6 per load while machines are often out of service plus the room is too hot. The building cleanliness has also decreased over time with garbage rooms not cleaned for weeks after raising it to management who accuse you of lying or being absent when they were cleaned. Air conditioners can only be used in living rooms and require approval from management while leashing rules are rarely enforced leading to dog mess everywhere. There is constant staff turnover making management inconsistent and unreliable plus hydro costs are very high due to third party company Wyse Meter charging exorbitant rates - especially for new tenants.
