I have been here for three years and would not suggest it to anyone. Temperatures are outrageous - either in winter or summer; if you want to use the air conditioner or heater, you must pay an excessive amount. Additionally, there is a water shut down day every week from nine to five pm that affects all units even if only one is being renovated. Renovations are continuous and loud. Cockroaches are a huge problem that makes living here uncomfortable. There is no locker provided for new residents and the parking lot has no remote so people must open their window and door with a fob even when it's below freezing outside - however, some residents (along with the manager) do have remotes but won't share them. The doors of the parking lot don't have any push buttons either which make it difficult for those who require assistance such as disabled persons or children.

I spent a year with my family in this place, and it was enjoyable until we moved out. We had just rented the seventh-floor two bedroom unit; however, only two weeks after shifting there, the parkay floor began to peel off since it wasn't glued down properly. Furthermore, the laundries were too costly and generally out of order. When I left, I gave them thirty days notice as expected but two years later I got a call from a collection agency asking me to pay for electricity that "was never disconnected". Even after showing them proof of relocation they refused to believe me and instead of affecting my credit rating I paid the thirteen hundred dollars and was done with it. But then again Enercare called me back demanding more money claiming that if I still resided there then I have to pay for their bill which was three years after moving out! It's insane how they are unaware of who is or isn't living in their units; if so then what stops anyone from going there and saying that they forgot their keys? The management is highly unprofessional plus their prices are ridiculous!
