My fianc©, sister, dog (black lab) and cat share a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with me. We love our place as the kitchen appliances and flooring were new before we moved in - people complement us on the flooring all the time! We have a corner unit with a view of some grassland behind the complex; however, it is lacking in closet space. Two parking spots are available for an extra fee which is worth it since the lot can get full. The fitness center is nice but small, and there are many dogs in the area which is great if you're a canine enthusiast. Our apartment is soundproof except for when our front door is open - then you can hear a barking dog down the hall. Packages can only be delivered to your door on Fridays unless asked otherwise; management and staff always reply promptly to emails or requests too! The area feels safe and tranquil overall. All things considered, these apartments provide good value for money in terms of square footage and location – I would recommend them to anyone who has a pet!*Note: Felicia Durni's review was given when an old property manager was here – my experience with that manager wasn't great but Amanda (the current one) is wonderful!

I strongly suggest avoiding this company for renting apartments. My family and I lived there for two years and had numerous issues. Right after we moved in, I reported a loud banging sound coming from the wall of our bedroom, but the management company dismissed it as normal building settling during their daytime inspection. After countless sleepless nights, I emailed executives asking to do something about it; they inspected in the evening and agreed it was loud, so they put a hole in our wall to fix it. During our stay, the building was sold to a "new" management with same staff that had little information available. The walking trails near were nice but full of ticks; ponds were not swimmable though may be suitable for fishing; there were often police/ambulances around too; packages were inconveniently delivered only at office hours; garage was tight with other large vehicles making navigation difficult. When we decided to move out by end of January (had given 30 days notice), manager offered two options: pay $250+rent till re-renting or $2000+$250 - opted last due to problems with manager who refused showing until keys handed over illegally which another finally allowed as well as ending lease at Feb 28 instead of April 30 due I strongly suggest avoiding this company for renting apartments. Even then wasn't done - didn't auto withdraw rent in February without explanation from them (not registered with BBB making complaints hard).
