I resided in ICON for about three years and can vouch for it being an excellent option for student housing. It is close to both Wilfrid Laurier University and University of Waterloo, and the units come with furniture, stainless steel appliances, as well as ensuite laundry machines - a true luxury. Moreover, the building has fiber optic infrastructure that allows internet speeds of 1 Gbps. From my experience with them, the management staff are generally pleasant to deal with if you are polite; Jass Sidhu (collections agent) and Candy Lorch (general manager) included. The only downside would be that maintenance workers have been known to inflict heavy damage to units while performing repairs; my own unit had this happen too.

I had the pleasure of moving to Barrel Yards in TriCities after looking at more than 20 complexes Being a picky person I was well aware of my budget and needs but began to feel disheartened Fortunately the team at the leasing office worked hard to find me an ideal unit and even gave me a chance for a second tour before making my decision Compared to other places I had seen Barrel Yards offered superior amenities and competitive prices Since moving in their staff has been incredibly helpful with any issues or questions I have come across The parking garage was initially confusing but after getting used to it its no different from others My neighbors are friendly too Maintenance also provided great help with some minor requests I had not forgetting that when open now closed due to restrictions the amenities were amazing This beautiful building with its attentive staff is worth every penny so much so that both me and my mother are considering upgradingmoving into our own spaces here soon If youre searching for highend accommodation in Waterloo Barrel Yards is definitely worth checking out more ... hide ...
