Update - 10/2/2022 - I recently received an email requesting a review, so here it is. The situation has been deteriorating since the new manager came in; there are no improvements in sight. When I emailed asking for a meeting to lodge a complaint about the front office staff, they called me on my days off without leaving a voicemail or responding to my email. Their behavior was far from professional, and when I phoned with a simple query regarding payment fees using cards, the employee was less than helpful by saying "I don't know what the fee is but it's between $4-$5." Unbelievable! This prompted me to opt for paying by check instead even though they closed their drop box and declared that they were going paperless. To add insult to injury, the rental rates have skyrocketed; my friend asked for an estimate and it was $800 more than what I pay! On top of all this, there was mold growing out of the shower tiles which didn't even get fixed properly as soon as it bubbled up again after being retiled and reglazed. Moving out can't come sooner!

If you're going to accept packages on behalf of tenants then you should at least be availablemore ...hide ...
