I had to relocate from Toronto to Regina for work and due to the pandemic opted for a remote virtual tour a decision I would later regret Once I arrived the apartment was in an unacceptable state unclean and unappealing I took multiple pictures as evidence and showed them right away to the landlord Despite my efforts in working with him he showed me another property located downtown but it was still lacking in cleanliness So I decided that it would be better if I moved out instead of staying however when informing him of my choice the landlord became aggressive and threatened not to return my damage deposit even though I had only stayed there for five days The landlord Keith Bartlett was extremely rude and unprofessional so much so that I had to take further action by filing with ORT Thankfully this worked out in my favour as he never responded back Do not recommend this landlord at all especially if youre from out of town Honourable mention MCKK Property Management is one of Reginas better landlords TENANT BEWARE more ... hide ...
