    Norbert and Mae Belle, the building management, are outstanding in their care and attention to the residents' experience. During my almost 4 years at Yello, they achieved near-miracles in improving my quality of life. The 1BR suite on the 5th floor was thoughtfully laid out with plenty of room for hobbies/furniture/entertaining/home office even without a den; I had enough space to fit a full-size desk in the large bedroom. The building itself is good but not luxurious as advertised on its sign. It is however quiet for downtown and conveniently located despite Victoria's street people problem which Yello can do nothing about. In conclusion, it was definitely the excellent management that made my experience at Yello 5-star worthy; I would have had no reason to move if it weren't for job-related relocation. If you're looking for rental apartments downtown, this should be seriously considered.
