I've really enjoyed my time at Southgate Apartments. Patricia was incredibly accommodating, taking all necessary COVID-19 protocols while showing me around the apartment and then thoroughly explaining the deposit and incentives upon moving in. The living experience has been great - she keeps the place very clean and is always available to help whenever I need it. Though there is some noise from motorcycles/lifted trucks during summer nights on Sask Drive and 104th, the view of downtown from either side of the building more than makes up for it. I have a few friends who live here as well, so much so that I recommended one to move in here too! Plus, I've made some new acquaintances among my neighbours - everyone is friendly and inviting. All things considered, I'm definitely planning on staying here again when given the chance!

Ive been residing at Park Avenue for nearly a year now and am quite content with the place Its very secure and tidy the below ground car park has great storage space plus its close to Union Square and Brewery District amenities The apartments have contemporary fittings and utilities while the property personnel and upkeep are always keen to help out All in a 2023-01-31T05:54:32Z
