I've really enjoyed my time at Southgate Apartments. Patricia was incredibly accommodating, taking all necessary COVID-19 protocols while showing me around the apartment and then thoroughly explaining the deposit and incentives upon moving in. The living experience has been great - she keeps the place very clean and is always available to help whenever I need it. Though there is some noise from motorcycles/lifted trucks during summer nights on Sask Drive and 104th, the view of downtown from either side of the building more than makes up for it. I have a few friends who live here as well, so much so that I recommended one to move in here too! Plus, I've made some new acquaintances among my neighbours - everyone is friendly and inviting. All things considered, I'm definitely planning on staying here again when given the chance!
