I've resided at Vista429 for a year and a half, and it lives up to its advertisements. The suites are open-concept with huge windows and nine foot ceilings, providing a modern design with Whirlpool appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of storage space. My first floor apartment contains an ample 12'x7' patio surrounded by a fence along with attractive landscaping. In addition to the luxuries such as indoor parking and an equipped gymnasium, there is also the residents lounge plus the option to rent out the guest suite. The greatest part of living here is the staff's attention to detail; from Louis (the owner) to Janelle (sales manager) or Tracey (property manager) down to Don ("Mr Fix It"), they make it worry-free. Sherwood Developments is definitely first rate!
