This apartment has had a slew of upgrades in the last year, including new owners and management. The suites have been newly renovated with modern flooring, quartz countertops, cabinets, and fresh paint. Inside the building there are also new carpets, lighting fixtures, and paint. Outside the grass is kept neat with a new fence around the parking lot. The overall improvements are quite visible and I'm planning to renew my lease even though I'm still early into it.
