For almost two years I lived as a tenant at 70 Forest Manor from October 2020 to August 2022 It was not the best experience there was an extra 100 charge on top of the security deposit for booking the elevator to move in and this fee paid for hiring another security guard to stay in the moving room Thankfully City Sites Property Mgmt is no longer managing this condo I recently moved out and only had to pay my security deposit which was quickly refunded after I left Additionally one of the smoke detectors needed replacement within a few months of me living there and then there were issues with at least one elevator every couple weeks even though building management policy said broken elevators werent a priority until two were down This caused much frustration when peak Covid meant only 2 people per elevator Water had to be shut off multiple times due to problems as well as AirCon or Heat being shut down when it broke in my unit specifically there were two occasions where the kitchen sink clogged up and it cost money each time even though technically covered by Condo Corp My bathroom sink never had proper water pressure either and toward the end I could feelhear it vibrate when turned on Additionally when heat came back around Fall 2021 there was water hammering that lasted 4 weeks mine wasnt so bad but some units experienced worse than me Lastly around June 2022 a pipe near gym burst so that amenity couldnt be used until
