2023-02-15T23:00:06ZI resided in two of LaCit©'s studio units for the duration of my studies in Montreal, and I'm thrilled I did. The primary benefit was having a mall directly downstairs, which was especially advantageous during winter. Moreover, the elevator access was of great convenience. My apartments also had impressive water pressure and were always immaculately clean after being freshly painted when I moved in. The walls were well constructed, preventing sound from other units from travelling too far. Interactions with staff members were always cordial; the online maintenance request system worked without any issues when help was needed.
