This place is not worth living in. After spending a winter here and informing the front office about the window condensation dripping on to my bed, their response was to open my window during winter. I was planning to move out earlier but then COVID-19 happened and my income became uncertain. Furthermore, I told them that mold spores were landing close to my bed (as it had to be placed against the wall due to lack of space). My mattress also became moldy. Paying rent here each month was a struggle as keeping mildew off the walls seemed impossible. Upon moving out, I noticed how bad it actually was at bottom of walls. The gym went through construction most times while I stayed here (1.5 yrs) which resulted in cockroaches entering higher floors; hence, exterminators came every 4-6 weeks for some time period. Also, being located near hospital means sirens going off frequently throughout night which can be problematic if you are a light sleeper; additionally, construction noises on street below reportedly go on until 3:30am sometimes - this alone makes living here an absolute headache!
