Living in this building has become unbearable as I've had to deep clean and pack my things away twice a month due to roach infestations for the past 6 months. Despite the supposed treatments, there has been no resolution and they continue to tell me they'll just try again. The thought of eating in my own home repulses me from all these pests, yet if we try to break our lease, we have to pay thousands in penalties. Other residents have also mentioned that roof leaks are a common issue here--it was great when we initially moved in but after renewing our lease it's been nothing but problems.

If you are looking at different Boardwalk locations Park Place Tower is a great option My roommate and I transferred here from another and the difference is remarkable The staff Rosie and Pritika do a wonderful job in making sure residents are welcomed seen and heard Furthermore the buildings maintenance staff keep it very clean with recent renovations being 2023-02-24T10:30:03Z
