Since this review, the management has been great in addressing my concerns. They removed broken glass from my living room window and the garbage I had to look at every morning when I opened my drapes. Moreover, they fixed the exterior damage to the frame of said window. The maintenance crew deserves a raise; they work hard to keep these buildings clean. The new resident manager is also doing their best to deal with all issues in this complex, which is no small task and can be quite stressful at times. I'd still recommend anyone live here as they are friendly and do care about their tenants. I want to thank Mainstreet for resolving my unit's issues - it means a lot! Finally, when installing new flooring, there was no underlay on top of the cement which should be looked into as well.

If you are looking at different Boardwalk locations Park Place Tower is a great option My roommate and I transferred here from another and the difference is remarkable The staff Rosie and Pritika do a wonderful job in making sure residents are welcomed seen and heard Furthermore the buildings maintenance staff keep it very clean with recent renovations being 2023-02-24T10:30:03Z
