The Minto property rental process was a breeze; I received approval and was able to move in two days after submitting the request. The building and sales managers were very helpful in answering my emails about questions or worries I had. My suite had been newly renovated with new appliances, making it an excellent place to stay for the duration I needed it for. When the time came to leave before the end of my lease, transferring it to someone else was a simple task. All-in-all, I highly recommend Minto properties if you're looking for an apartment!

If you are looking at different Boardwalk locations Park Place Tower is a great option My roommate and I transferred here from another and the difference is remarkable The staff Rosie and Pritika do a wonderful job in making sure residents are welcomed seen and heard Furthermore the buildings maintenance staff keep it very clean with recent renovations being 2023-02-24T10:30:03Z
