The building and sales managers were very helpful in answering my emails about questions or worries I had. My suite had been newly renovated with new appliances, making it an excellent place to stay for the duration I needed it for. When the time came to leave before the end of my lease, transferring it to someone else was a simple task. All-in-all, I highly recommend Minto properties if you're looking for an apartment!
