The 445 Sugarcreek Trail building has beautiful apartments with plenty of space, but the downside is that it is nearly impossible to contact building management. Despite sending numerous emails and making phone calls over the last five weeks, none of them have been answered. Additionally, I'm still waiting for a maintenance request to be addressed even though I was told it would be done prior to my move-in date. Although the place looks great, tenants must be prepared to fend for themselves if they need help or have questions. As such, this review has changed from 3 stars down to 1 star due to lack of communication from those in charge.

I strongly advise against taking up residence at 87 Cartier Road in London Ive only been here three months but its felt like an eternity due to all the issues Ive had Not only do they expect me to pay for parking despite not having a car my ground floor doors don't properly lock a stick is all that stands between me and anyone who wants to enter Furthermore 2023-03-02T12:00:05Z
