Elaine and Murray Wilson moved to The Harriston in 2019 and have been very content with their choice. Recently, they relocated to another apartment in this same building and were grateful for the management's aid during the transition. For example, having the elevator on service made it much easier, even though they only needed it for two floors. Additionally, having a dolly cart was a great help when getting their appliances out of the old apartment in time for them to be installed in the new one. Finally, they also received an encouraging response from management when there was an issue with their countertop. All of this has left them feeling thankful.

I was in need of a place immediately to stay for work in downtown London. It was advertised as luxurious, however it was dated compared to what I had previously been living in. Despite this, I would've accepted it if the appliances were functional and it was clean. I gave them 7 months to address the issues with no success so posted pictures along with my concerns online. Instead of rectifying things or offering some sort of compensation, they merely said that I could leave on 30 days' notice. Rent is too high for this kind of treatment; there hasn't been one month without an issue since moving here after only 7 months. The deficiencies included: 1) dishwasher filled with brown sludge water - replaced after a month; 2) pipes under sink smelt due to the dishwasher and lack of use - replaced 1 and a half months later; 3) balcony door couldn't be opened or closed without much effort because dented; 4) washrooms filthy - hair found in one tub, leaky shower head (which they attempted to fix by turning around so it leaked downwards); 5) fridge not working - replaced three times but still doesn't work now; 6) washing machine doesn't clean anything properly & damages clothes- landlord says because it makes noise when turned on therefore w I was in need of a place immediately to stay for work in downtown London.
