Having stayed here for 1.5 years, I find this building to be of average value for the price. While I don't necessarily have a problem with the structure itself, it is extremely noisy due to sirens, buses and motorcycles outside on the Wonderland-facing side - day and night; additionally, many of the advertised amenities are not available around two-thirds of the time. The accessibility standards are disappointingly low as well; many hall doors still have doorknobs which can be difficult for disabled or elderly people to use. One thing that really annoys me is that my car has been vandalized with an industrial-strength sticker on its driver's window twice - as a way to inform me that I was not authorized to park in visitor's spots. I had actually just gone into their office before seeing this sticker in order to discuss getting parking - yet they still chose this method instead of simply giving me a number at that point in time. Now they're calling trying to say they won't accommodate my needs during my last couple months here; why did they go down this route if they weren't willing to help? If it was because it took too long, then communication should've come first instead of vandalism! I'm extremely pleased with my decision to make this apartment my home for me and the kids; 3 years later I still feel the same way. The staff and other tenants are always cordial, plus it's stunning both inside and out. For example, I enjoy having use of a gym, saltwater pool, grand staircase, and newly revamped lounge. Additionally, Springbank Park is within walking distance along with some schools and other great amenities nearby.
