I resided at this apartment complex for more than 8 years. Initially, it was an excellent, well-kept place to live. However, within the last three years when the property manager changed, things drastically declined. The sidewalks were not regularly shoveled and noise levels from neighboring occupants were high. Furthermore, maintenance and repairs were severely neglected. As a result, I would not recommend spending money by renting here.
