The apartment is modern and clean, looking nice both inside and out. The people that live here are friendly and the units are aesthetically pleasing.
The Bad:
In the past, alarms and announcements were frequently going off, causing disruption. People had to move their vehicles from the parking lot for maintenance in the early morning hours which caused complaint from night workers. After a few months of this occurring every couple of weeks it eventually improved due to complaints. The appliances and cabinets in each unit have design problems causing lack of space which makes it difficult to fix broken items without pestering someone. An annoying safety regulation occurs every month when fire alarms go off for testing; however, annually each unit requires additional testing done by staff who manually test it which can last up to three days with your fire alarm sounding every five to ten minutes for six to eight hours per day - meaning one must leave their apartment or suffer very loud noises during this time. Dogs of all sizes are allowed but some owners don't train them well so waking up due to barking is not unheard of with open windows during summertime adding more noise pollution early in the morning.
