My wife and I have been living at Longview Place for two years but had to depart since we purchased a house Compared to other similar apartment complexes Longview stands out in every way the buildings amenities and units are all wonderfully modernized and private The gym is impressive its neat close by large in size with plenty of equipment Furthermore the package system and concierge services are flawlessly managed even during the busiest season of the year The most positive aspect of Longview Place though is its staff they are so welcoming and despite having many residents they still manage to remember everyones name as well as their pets or spouses We will miss our time here greatly and can confidently recommend this place as your next home you wont regret it more ... hide ...

I am giving an honest review of this place so future tenants can get a realistic idea of what living here is like in case it is their best option In August we moved into a renovated twobedroom apartment with a modern kitchen stainless steel appliances and lots of storage The carpeting was not as soft as advertised and seemed quite dirty upon movein The entire apartment needed a deep clean and despite using air purifiers the musty cigarette smoke smell never left The people in the complex are not friendly or considerate nobody said hello to each other plus it was very loud due to noise from upstairs neighbours Footsteps and wrestling shook our picture frames on the wall This isn't an ideal place for soundsensitive people or those with newbornsdogs that are noise reactive We didnt have any issues with bugsrodents but if we had stayed longer Im sure we would have experienced some there were cracks forming in paint and around baseboards too which makes me question the structural integrity of these aging buildings The dumpster wasnt emptied regularly it hadnt been done when there was even a literal dumpster fire on New Years Eve The staff at leasing office were somewhat helpful but could do more however maintenance was great they quickly installed window units when our AC broke during hot weather Overall I wouldnt recommend living here for similar prices you can find quieter places that are much friend more ... hide ...
