I received a call from the property manager about the installation of traps and closing of holes in the radiator to prevent pests from entering The building has been dealing with mice since December but no action was taken until now In December they tried checking for mice by putting a bait in a box on certain floors During midFebruary an inspection was done to look for bed bugs roaches and mice however nothing extra was done to check for rodents Yesterday evening my husband and I saw something running around that we thought could be an illusion however this morning we were sure it was a mouse after seeing it again We chased it but failed as it hid in the heating vents so we called the superintendent who seemed annoyed that we woke him up at 9am He said he would call pest control without speeding up any process or cleaning regularly which is also an issue since the elevator is old and breaks down often Hopefully this will solve our problem with pests so we wont face it again more ... hide ...

We lived in this apartment for two years The pros were a clean unit quick response to maintenance requests a nice view and the neighbourhood was quiet Unfortunately there were some cons super cold temperatures during winter we contacted the superintendent to increase the temp but they said it was fine at 21C even though it was freezing outside old cabinet an 2022-10-26T03:32:17Z
