Living in Savoy apartments for a year and a half, we've found the unit to be clean, open and illuminated. Nevertheless, there are issues with water shut-offs occurring regularly which is inconvenient. Additionally, the lobby, corridors, lifts, laundry room and other shared places are unclean. To add to this problem is the management who seem uncaring and unhelpful. In terms of what's inside the unit itself it's pleasant but when it comes to matters managed by them it leaves much to be desired.
